I’ve stayed here through the years - lands end is one of the bigger located hotels in Bombay. Accessible to the burbs and town, close to the sea link making it ideal. As of 2025 however, the rooms are sorely dated and in need of a dire renovation. Chipped paint, loose wallpaper, broken handles - it’s Jusf about holding itself up. The amenities however have been well maintained (or even renovated) and the staff is excellent. From the bell desk to concierge, everyone is ready to assist with a smile. Shout out to the breakfast team that fully entertained my 1.5yo and offered to care for her in ways most hotels could never. we stayed in an executive suite which was spacious for Bombay standards and had 1.5 bath which was great. I would definitely return, with hopes the rooms are renovated. Also - do not miss the spa. It’s truly incredible and worth spending a few hours in.

Three best of hospitality in Mumbai. Three staff are professional and yes, charges are exorbitant but they really serve your will and the outside view is refreshing and breezy as it's near the beach. The bar on the ground floor serves one of the best cocktails, mocktails, and coffee in town.

The room, amenities, location were all amazing. We had an amazing view. The room and shower were luxurious. But the service was not at all at Taj level. I was a but surprised. It took them 2hrs to check us in and find a room. Everyone at the reception was perpetually confused. Food wasnt great either

We celebrated Holi there, wasnt fun at all Heat was killing, their service sucked it was barely 1 pm holi had just started they had no water, over crowded not a fun dj all they had was alcohol not everyone comes for alcohol.

The Holi celebration was an aweful experience.. very badly managed with nothing to look forward .. expectations were high obviously bcos it was hosted at Taj lands end , but it did not meet even 1%..

Reason For Rating : Wonderful Stay. Wonderful Ambience. Very close to Bandra Street Shopping Market. Wonderful Sea View Room. One of the best 5 star property in Mumbai. Must stay n Feel the experience of Luxury.

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please check what room conditions may apply when selecting your room above.
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel.
- As per Government regulations, It is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.
- Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as telephone calls, room service, mini bar, snacks, laundry etc). In case, such additional charges are levied by the hotel, we shall not be held responsible for it.
- All hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel.
