Booked this hotel just for a leisure stay and I must say, my experience in this hotel is amazing. From the moment we stepped into The Ambassador, Mumbai, we knew we were in for something special ’ and wow, did it deliver! Tucked right in the heart of South Mumbai, this gem combines old-world charm with modern comfort in the most seamless way. The lobby alone makes you feel like you’ve walked into a timeless postcard ’ elegant, welcoming, and with just the right touch of vintage glamour. We were a family of explorers, and the hotel became our peaceful haven after each day's adventure. The staff deserves a standing ovation ’ warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and that rare ability to make you feel like the only guests in the hotel. Our room was spacious, spotless, and serenely quiet, despite being in one of the city’s most buzzing neighborhoods. Waking up to the golden morning light streaming through the windows, with a view of Mumbai slowly waking up ’ pure bliss. And can we talk about the food? The breakfast buffet was a daily festival for our tastebuds. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented ’ from fluffy dosas to international favorites, we were spoiled for choice. Highly, highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone who wants to experience the soul of Mumbai wrapped in elegance and warmth.

My husband and I had a 3 night stay at the hotel. We chose the hotel mainly for its location and we were not disappointed. The location was perfect and the hotel definitely didn't disappoint. Beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and extremely professional staff. A special thank you to Vishal at the front desk who assisted us, for being so kind and helpful, and the Manager who assisted in extending our stay.

I got married in The Ambassador so it was very nostalgic and special to celebrate my son's first birthday here. From planning all this from Delhi to the event, it was all smooth and beyond my expectations. Many thanks to Parwa who was extremely warm and responsive to all my requests..he went out of the way to make me feel assured of all the preparations and make my family and guest comfortable and welcome! Thanks to chef Sandeep for the great food! And to all the staff from the one who opens the door to those who served us for dinner, your warmth and hospitality was truly touching. The hotel has an aura and gave me many picture perfect moments as a newly married woman and now as a parent. Thank you Ambassador, Will come back for more such milestones.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for three nights, and we couldn’t have picked a better location’it was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its tasteful decor, spotless rooms, and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Vishal at the front desk for his kindness and assistance, and to the Manager who helped us smoothly extend our stay. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

Disappointing Experience at The Ambassador Hotel Our stay at The Ambassador Hotel was disappointing. The rooms were outdated and not well-maintained, with cleanliness issues that made us uncomfortable. The staff was unresponsive to our concerns, and service was slow. The amenities did not match the hotel's advertised standards, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Additionally, noise from neighboring rooms made it difficult to sleep. For the price, we expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to expectations, and we would not recommend this hotel to others. There are far better options available in the area.
